I cannot find the extension.
Find and open GROUPY TAB in Chrome's extensions menu. You can check whether it is installed on the extensions management page.
Where can I find my license key?
Check your Gumroad purchase receipt or the content page for that purchase. A sample key in a seller's editor is not a purchase license.
My license does not activate.
Check that the key is correct and your connection is working. Note the installed version and error message, then contact support. Do not start by buying again or removing the extension.
How do I check my license after reinstalling?
Find your purchase key on Gumroad and enter it in the installed version's license field. Contact support if activation fails. These instructions do not promise an account transfer or an activation-limit reset.
Alt + Shift + S does not save anything.
Check the shortcut assignment using the installation guide. Also try the save button in GROUPY TAB while regular web pages are open.
Where is the privacy policy?
