Installation

Install from the Chrome Web Store, then open GROUPY TAB from the extensions menu.

  1. Install from the official store

Open GROUPY TAB using the link below, choose Add to Chrome, and review the permissions before installing.

    Open the Chrome Web Store
  2. Open GROUPY TAB

Select GROUPY TAB from Chrome's extensions menu. Pin its icon if you use it often.

  3. Save your tabs

Open the web pages you want to keep and use the save button in GROUPY TAB. Browser settings and extension pages may be excluded.

  4. Enter a license when needed

Find the key issued with your Gumroad receipt or purchase content page and enter it in GROUPY TAB settings. If your version has an activation button, press it and check the result.

    Visit the Gumroad purchase page

Check the save shortcut

Alt + Shift + S is the suggested default. Another extension may already use it, so check the actual assignment first.

Open this address in Chrome's address bar and find GROUPY TAB:

chrome://extensions/shortcuts

Use the shortcut on a regular web page. If a test build and an existing installation are both installed, check which entry you are using.

Before reinstalling or switching builds

Back up your saved items first. A separate test build may use a different extension ID and may not share existing data or sync storage. Do not start troubleshooting by removing the extension.
